How you earn
All travel bookings have a built in commission. It is already included in the price you see online. When you book travel as an independent travel agent, a share of that commission comes to you instead of solely to a big travel company.
Through our agency booking platform and network of preferred partners, which are huge trusted travel brands we are contracted with, you can book trips for clients and for your own travel. You can earn commission from every booking you make.
You can also boost your income by helping others to start their own travel business. With the training, tools and community support from Unlocked Travel, you can grow your own organisation of travel lovers and earn from the bookings they make too. With uncapped earning potential, this business offers huge opportunities.

We know, we all felt the same at first. But it is real. We are partnered with a fully licensed, ATOL-protected travel agency that’s been around for over 30 years. You’re setting up your own business, backed by trusted suppliers, industry training, and a whole community of people who are doing it too. It works because we work it.
2. “I’m not a travel expert. Can I really do this?”
Yes. Most of us started with zero experience, just a love of holiday planning and the idea of doing something different. You’ll get full training, access to ongoing support, and you’ll never be left to figure it out on your own. You don’t need to know it all. You just need to start.
3. “I don’t have a big network. How would I find customers?”
You don’t need thousands of followers or a big circle. We’ll show you how to start with your own travel, how to get referrals, and how to show up online in a way that brings enquiries to you. Most of us start with friends, family and colleagues, and it grows from there.
4. “What if I just want to use this for my own travel to start with?”
That’s totally fine. Many people join to earn from their own travel they would book anyway. There’s zero pressure to sell. You can enjoy the training and the community, and build your confidence from there. You’re in full control of how far you take it.
5. “I don’t have a lot of time. Can I really make this work around my schedule?”
Yes. This business is built for busy people. Some of us work full time, run other businesses, some are raising kids, some squeeze this in after bedtime. You can build it in pockets of time and still grow something amazing. It’s your business at your pace.
6. “Do we have to recruit other people?”
We don’t recruit. We share an amazing opportunity with fellow travel lovers, and then give you the chance to earn an extra stream of income from sharing it too. But if that is not your bag, then that’s absolutely fine! You can solely book travel with no pressure from us. You will get the same support from our community however you choose to grow your business.
